Appointments
Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, or online.
We aim to provide a booked appointment within 1 working day of the request.
Some appointments can also be booked in advance.
At busier times, we aim to maintain access by increasing the numbers of appointments.
To book an appointment online Log in to Patient Access , use the NHS, MyGP App or submit an Online health Form. You will need to complete a Patient Access form and bring photo ID to Reception to register to book appointments online.
Appointments available online are:
- GP telephone calls
- Cervical smear tests
- Childhood immunisations
- Depo contraceptive injections
- B12 injections
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can do this by calling us on 0151 295 9228. Or, if you are registered on Patient Access, you can cancel your appointment online and the system will inform us of your cancellation.
